The purpose of this research was to investigate the relationship between marital satisfaction of parents with physical disabilities and mental health and creativity of their children. The research method is a correlational design which conducted in a sample of 140 couples with physical-motor injuries. Statistical population was the couples with physical disabilities who had children. Participants were selected by convenience sampling method in 2017-2018. In order to collect data, questionnaires include Couple Satisfaction (AMSS), Children Behavior Checklist (CBCL) and Abedi Creativity Test (ACT) were used. SPSS version 26 was used to analyze the data. In order to analyze the data, the Pearson correlation coefficient and multiple regressions was also used to predict the criterion variables based on the predictor variables. The results of the analysis showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between parental satisfactions, child mental health and child creativity. Also, couple marital satisfaction predicts mental health, and creativity. According to the findings, it can be said that by providing conditions for increasing marital satisfaction of disabled parents, creativity, and general health of students will increase
