Data analysis was done using univariate analysis of covariance tests. The results showed that self-compassion Training leads to a decrease in reduction in the symptoms of oppositional defiant disorder in adolescents (p<0/05). Therefore, according to the findings, self-compassion training with a compassionate approach to life can be an efficient treatment to reduce confrontational behavior in adolescents.
