Empowering Exceptional Children is an international double-blind peer reviewed quarterly publication which publish high quality papers on all aspects of education, development, and in particular the empowerment of exceptional people. Empowering Exceptional Children is an open access journal, which published by Iranian Exceptional Children Foundation and publishes a variety of scientific research and applied articles.
