The method of this study was descriptive and comparative. The statistical population of this study consisted of mothers of children with ASD, ADHD and mental disability residing in Arak. The sample consisted of 20 mothers with children with ASD, 32 mothers with children with ADHD and 32 mothers of children with Mental Disability. They completed the Depression, Anxiety, and Stress Scale (DASS-42) and Sleep Quality Index (PSQI). Findings indicate that there is no significant difference in the level of stress experience between the three sample groups. But there was a significant difference (0/001) in experience of anxiety, depression and sleep quality. From the above findings, it can be concluded that the birth of children with neurodevelopmental disorders is one of the main causes of psychological problems and experiences of anxiety, stress, and depression and reduced sleep quality in their mothers. To help them, it is recommended to consider group therapy sessions to teach coping skills with the conditions of stress, emotional exhaustion, and so on.}, keywords = {: Autism Spectrum Disorder,slow paced,Sleep Quality,Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder}, title_fa = {مقایسه استرس، اضطراب، افسردگی و کیفیت خواب مادران کودکان مبتلا به‌ اختلالات طیف اُتیسم، کم‌توجهی- بیش‌فعالی و آهسته‌گام}, abstract_fa = {هدف از پژوهش حاضر، مقایسه استرس، اضطراب، افسردگی و کیفیت خواب مادران کودکان مبتلا به اختلالات طیف اُتیسم، کم‌توجهی- بیش‌فعالی و آهسته‌گام بود. روش این پژوهش توصیفی از نوع علّی- مقایسه‌ای بود. جامعه آماری مادران دارای فرزند مبتلا به‌ اختلالات اُتیسم، بیش‌فعال و آهسته‌گام ساکن در شهر اراک بود. به ‌روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند 20 نفر از مادران دارای فرزند مبتلا به ‌اختلال اُتیسم، 32 نفر از مادران دارای فرزند مبتلا به ‌بیش‌فعالی و 32 نفر از مادران دارای فرزند مبتلا به ‌آهسته‌گامی انتخاب شدند که مقیاس‌های افسردگی، اضطراب و استرس (DASS-42) و کیفیت خواب (PSQI) را تکمیل کردند. برای تحلیل داده‌ها از روش تحلیل واریانس تک‌متغیره و آزمون توکی استفاده شد. یافته‌ها حاکی از آن بودند که بین سه گروه نمونه در میزان تجربه ‌استرس تفاوتی وجود نداشت؛ ولی در میزان تجربه ‌اضطراب، افسردگی و کیفیت خواب تفاوت معنادار (001/0) وجود داشت. از یافته‌های فوق می‌توان برداشت کرد که تولد کودکان مبتلا به‌ اختلالات عصبی تحولی از عوامل اصلی ایجاد مشکلات روان‌شناختی و تجربه ‌اضطراب، استرس، افسردگی و کاهش کیفیت خواب در مادران آن‌ها است. برای کمک به‌ آن‌ها پیشنهاد می‌شود جلسات گروه‌درمانی جهت آموزش مهارت‌های کنار آمدن با شرایط استرس‌زای حاکم، تخلیه هیجان و مانند این‌ها در نظر گرفته شود.}, keywords_fa = {اختلال طیف اُتیسم,آهسته‌گام,کیفیت خواب,کم‌توجهی- بیش‌فعالی}, url = {https://www.ceciranj.ir/article_112744.html}, eprint = {https://www.ceciranj.ir/article_112744_91f31daf1a22384a2144799097c19675.pdf} }
