The present study was a quasi-experimental study with control group and pre-test and post-test design. The statistical population included all children with autism spectrum disorder in Tehran, from among which 16 boys with autism in the age range of 5 to 10 years old were selected by convenience sampling method and then randomly assigned into two experiment and control groups. Then, the children of the experiment group participated in 30 one hour sessions, three days a week including social animation program, which in addition to animation, included the use of finger and hand puppets, puzzles, cartoon illustrations, emotional masks, and family-focused games. Parents in both groups responded to the Autism Assessment Evaluation (ATEC) (Rimland & Adelsen, 2011) before and after intervention. To analyze the data, multivariate covariance analysis and SPSS-21 software was used. The scores of the experiment group in the post-test stage showed a significant decrease in all test subscales (communication, social, cognitive, and repetitive and stereotypical behaviors) compared to pretest, and also there is a significant difference between the two groups in all test subscales (P<0.001). It can be concluded that reducing the scores in the subscales of the the Autism Assessment Evaluation is due to improvement in the performance of these children. The results show that the above program is effective in improving the communication and social skills of children with autism spectrum disorder.}, keywords = {Autism spectrum disorder,social animation program,social communication skills}, title_fa = {طراحی، ساخت و اثربخشی برنامۀ پویانمایی اجتماعی بر مهارت‌های ارتباطی و اجتماعی کودکان مبتلا به اختلال طیف اتیسم}, abstract_fa = {پژوهش حاضر با هدف طراحی و ساخت برنامۀ پویانمایی اجتماعی برای کودکان مبتلا به اختلال اتیسم و اثربخشی آن بر مهارت‌های ارتباطی و اجتماعی این کودکان انجام شد. پژوهش حاضر یک مطالعۀ شبه آزمایشی با گروه کنترل و پیش‌آزمون- پس‌آزمون بود. جامعۀ آماری پژوهش، شامل کلیۀ کودکان مبتلا به اختلال طیف اتیسم شهر تهران بود که از میان آن‌ها 16 پسر با اتیسم خفیف در بازۀ سنی 5 - 10 سال به صورت نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب شده و سپس به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و گواه گمارده شدند. سپس کودکان گروه آزمایش در 30 جلسۀ یک ساعته‌، سه روز در هفته، شرکت کرده و برنامۀ پویانمایی اجتماعی را دریافت کردند که علاوه بر پویانمایی، شامل به‌کارگیری عروسک‌های دستی و انگشتی، پازل، کارت‌های مصور داستان، ماسک‌های هیجانی، و بازی‌های خانواده‌محور بود. والدین در هر دو گروه قبل و پس از مداخله به فهرست ارزیابی درمان اتیسم(ATEC)( ریملند و ادلسن، 2012) پاسخ دادند. برای تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم افزار Spss نسخۀ 21، از آزمون تحلیل کواریانس چندمتغیری استفاده شد. نمرات گروه آزمایش در مرحلۀ پس‌آزمون کاهش معناداری در تمام خرده مقیاس‌های آزمون(کارکرد ارتباطی، اجتماعی، شناختی، و رفتارهای تکراری و کلیشه‌ای) نسبت به پیش‌آزمون دارد و همچنین بین دو گروه در تمام خرده مقیاس‌های آزمون تفاوت معنادار وجود دارد (001/0P<). بنابراین، می‌توان چنین نتیجه‌گیری کرد که کاهش نمرات در خرده مقیاس‌های فهرست ارزیابی درمان اتیسم ناشی از بهبود عملکرد این کودکان است. نتایج نشان می‌دهد برنامۀ فوق به‌منظور ارتقاء مهارت‌های ارتباطی و اجتماعی کودکان طیف اتیسم اثربخش است.}, keywords_fa = {اختلال طیف اتیسم,برنامۀ پویانمایی اجتماعی,مهارت‌های ارتباطی و اجتماعی}, url = {https://www.ceciranj.ir/article_77400.html}, eprint = {https://www.ceciranj.ir/article_77400_9ee8765ec13694ed06bce298e159b8b6.pdf} }
