The method of the study was quasi-experimental with pretest-posttest and follow-up design and a control group. The statistical population included all adolescent female athletes with sports injuries in national teams, leagues and national competitions during 2019 in Tehran City, from among which 30 people were selected using available sampling and assigned to two groups of 15 people (experiment group and control group) randomly. Then, in pre-test all participants completed the Revised Conflict Tactics Scale (1996), which measures three subscales including reasoning and verbal and physical aggression. In the next phase, the experiment group, despite the control group), received a one-month ACT intervention (twice a week, 90 min each). Finally, both groups took part in post-test and follow-up test. The results of MANOVA showed main effects of test and group and test*group interaction were significant for conflict and two of subscales (reasoning & verbal aggression; Ps< 0/001), but not for physical aggression (Ps>0/05). For all three variables, more analysis indicated that experiment group performed better in post-test and follow-up as compared to pre-test, but the performance of control group did not differ significantly in three different tests. In addition, experiment group outperformed control group in post-test and follow-up. In conclusion, ACT can reduce parent-child conflict in professional adolescent female athletes with athletic injury.}, keywords = {Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT),Parent-child conflict,Adolescent,Professional Athletes,Athletic Injury}, title_fa = {تأثیر روش درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش‌وتعهد (ACT) بر تعارض والد- فرزندی در دختران نوجوان ورزشکار حرفهای دارای آسیب ورزشی}, abstract_fa = {هدف از پژوهش حاضر، بررسی تأثیر درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش‌وتعهد (ACT) بر کاهش تعارض والد- فرزندیدر دختران نوجوان ورزشکار آسیب‌دیده بود. روش پژوهش از نوع نیمه‌آزمایشی با طرح پیش‌آزمون، پس‌آزمون و پیگیری با گروه کنترل بود. جامعه آماری را کلیه دختران ورزشکار نوجوان دارای آسیب‌دیدگی ورزشی در تیمهای ملی، لیگ و باشگاهی و مسابقات کشوری در سال ۱۳۹۸ در سطح شهر تهران تشکیل دادند که از میان آن‌ها،30 نفر به‌صورت در دسترس انتخاب شدند و در دو گروه ۱۵ نفری (گروه آزمایش و گروه کنترل) با گمارش تصادفی جایگزین شدند. ابزار سنجش شامل پرسشنامه تجدیدنظر شده تاکتیک‌های حل‌تعارض (CTS 2) بود. ابتدا از همه آزمودنی‌ها پیش‌آزمون به‌عمل آمد. در مرحله بعد، گروه آزمایش، به مدت هشت جلسه 90 دقیقه‌ای مداخله به روش ACT دریافت کرد. در نهایت، از هر دو گروه پس‌آزمون و آزمون پیگیری به‌عمل آمد. نتایج آزمون تحلیل واریانس چندمتغیره نشان داد، اثرات اصلی آزمون و گروه، همچنین اثر تعاملی آزمون*گروه برای متغیر تعارض و دو خرده‌مقیاس استدلال و پرخاشگری کلامی معنادار بود (۰۰۱/۰Ps<)؛ اما برای خرده‌مقیاس پرخاشگری جسمانی هیچیک از این اثرات معنادار نبود (۰۵/۰Ps>). نتایج آزمونهای تعقیبی برای هر سه متغیر حاکی از آن بود که گروه آزمایش در پس‌آزمون و آزمون پیگیری نسبت به پیشآزمون پیشرفت معناداری داشتند؛ اما گروه کنترل در مراحل مختلف آزمون یکسان عمل کرد. همچنین، در پسآزمون و آزمون پیگیری گروه آزمایش بهتر از گروه کنترل عمل کرد. در نتیجه مداخلات روان‌شناختی درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش‌وتعهد (ACT)، میتواند بر کاهش تعارض والد- فرزندی در دختران نوجوان ورزشکار حرفه‌ای دارای آسیب ورزشی تأثیرگذار باشد}, keywords_fa = {درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش‌وتعهد (ACT),تعارض والد- فرزندی,نوجوان,ورزشکار حرفه‌ای,آسیب ورزشی}, url = {https://www.ceciranj.ir/article_120349.html}, eprint = {https://www.ceciranj.ir/article_120349_714306225427ee19e68522a58d79e5b0.pdf} }
